Questions About Your 2024 Kintsugi Woman's Journey?






Lovelies, empowerment, enlightenment, and encouragement this Friday morning.


We are all asking ourselves what is next on this journey in 2024,


If you are like me, it's normal to have doubts and questions about our path in life, relationships, and retirement. It's important to take the time to reflect on questions to help you gain clarity and confidence in your choices.



  • Do you feel passionate about your current career or life path? It's important to pursue something that brings you joy and fulfillment.


  • Are you willing to take risks to pursue your dreams? Sometimes, taking a chance can lead to better opportunities and make us happier.


  • Have you identified your strengths and weaknesses? Knowing your strengths can help you build on them while acknowledging your weaknesses can help you work on improving them. Keep learning.


  • Do you have support from others who encourage and motivate you? Having positive people in your life can make a big difference in becoming who you want and need to be.


  • Do you prioritize self-care and self-love in your daily routine? Taking care of your mental, physical, and emotional health is crucial for our success and happiness.


  • Have you set clear goals for yourself? Having a clear vision of what you want to achieve can help you stay focused and motivated. Write them down, we have all heard that before, so do it.


  • Are you open to learning and personal growth? Being open to new experiences and challenges can lead to personal and professional development even in our 60s. Where do you want to begin?


  • Have you overcome any major obstacles in your life? You know you have. Remembering past challenges and how you overcame them, you are so much stronger and have the confidence to continue this year toward your dreams.


  • Do you believe in yourself and your abilities? Having faith in yourself is essential for success and happiness. You can do it!


  • Are you willing to let go of negative belief systems (BS) and habits and stop being your worst enemy? Shedding your old habits and beliefs, trust and believe in yourself, as you grow and move forward.


  • Do you trust God, the universe, and its plan for your life? Believing that everything happens for a reason can help you find peace and purpose. God has provided for you and looked after you all this time.


  • Have you forgiven yourself and those who have hurt you in the past? Forgiveness can help you let go of past pain and move forward with a positive mindset.


  • Do you surround yourself with positive energy and people? Being around constructively positive people and energy can boost your mood and motivation. Who are those five closest to you that you would like to be like?


  • Do you express gratitude for the blessings in your life? Practicing gratitude can help you focus on the positives in your life. Your faith and your spirituality give you peace. You are so loved.


  • Are you comfortable being alone and spending time with yourself? Taking time for yourself can help you recharge and reflect. Pause.


  • Have you found a spiritual practice and ritual that resonates with you? Your faith and spirituality can help you find meaning and purpose in life. Journal, meditate and listen to your intuitive knowing. You are so blessed.


  • Do you live in alignment with your values and beliefs? Living by your values can help you feel fulfilled and authentic. You have worn the mask for far too many years, take it off.

  • Are you able to communicate effectively and assertively? Good communication skills are key to success in both personal and professional relationships.


  • Have you learned from your past mistakes and experiences? Learning from mistakes can help you grow and make better decisions in the future.


  • Do you take responsibility for your actions and decisions? Taking ownership of your actions can help you learn and grow.


  • Are you able to handle criticism and feedback constructively? Being open to feedback can help you improve and grow. Don't take things personally.


  • Do you stay true to yourself and your intuition? Trusting your instincts can lead you to make the best decisions for yourself. You have the answers inside of you.


  • Have you found a healthy balance between work and play? Finding balance can help you avoid burnout and maintain your happiness.


  • Are you able to adapt to change and uncertainty? Being flexible and adaptable can help you navigate life's ups and downs. Think of all your do-overs.
