Let Go, Step Past the Past





Welcome to your mantra meditation about being connected to something bigger than your fear, past, and anger. Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly. As you breathe in, imagine yourself pulling in positive energy from the universe. As you exhale, release any negative thoughts or emotions that may be holding you back.


Repeat after me:

I am connected to something bigger than my fear, past, and anger.

I let go of all that no longer serves me.

I trust in the universe to guide me towards my best self.

I receive all the good that the universe has to offer.

I accept myself for who I am and who I am becoming.

I am stronger, more confident, and empowered every day.


As you continue to repeat these affirmations, visualize yourself letting go of any negative energy and embracing the positive energy that surrounds you. See yourself becoming stronger, more confident, and empowered with each passing moment. Know that the universe is on your side and that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.


Take one last deep breath in and exhale slowly. Know that you are connected to something bigger than yourself and that you are capable of overcoming any obstacle that comes your way. Namaste.
